If owner of vehicle parked in violation of Code or State law arrives before vehicle is removed from property, towing company may agree to release vehicle at the scene for a fee not to exceed a maximum fee for a non-consent tow.

 

Due to rule changes and current regulation of towing and VSF Companies brought by the transfer to TDLR or Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, our fees may change but will not change again this year unless required by law.
